What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and PayPal.
Is it safe to use my credit card on your website?
Yes — we use secure payment gateways and all transactions are encrypted. We also perform fraud checks to keep your information safe.
When will I receive my order?
Once your order is placed, you'll receive a confirmation email with your order number. Orders are processed within 2–4 business days. Once shipped via DHL, you’ll receive tracking details by email.
Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a DHL tracking number via email. Please allow up to 2 hours for the tracking link to activate.
Can I exchange my order?
We do not offer exchanges. If you need a different size or product, please return the item and place a new order.
How do I return an item?
You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to return it. Items must be unworn, with all tags attached and in original packaging.
To return:

We will send you return instructions.
Use a tracked shipping method (we recommend DHL).
Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We do not cover lost or damaged returns.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship internationally via DHL. Delivery costs and times will be calculated at checkout.
Will I have to pay customs duties or taxes?
International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
If your order hasn’t been shipped yet, please email us immediately at [support@williampalmer.co.uk]. Once shipped, we’re unable to make changes.
What should I do if I receive a faulty or wrong item?
Please email us at [support@williampalmer.co.uk] within 3 days of receiving the item. Include your order number and a photo of the issue.
